RRA Architects is an Award-Winning Architectural Practice, established in 1986. Our reputation as highly innovative comes from producing first-class design solutions in challenging circumstances. Although we work in all sectors, we specialise in residential projects and, whilst many clients are experienced housing developers, we excel when working with our ‘novice clients’, many of whom have never instructed an architect before. We always start every project by really listening to what our clients want and need, taking time to explore their requirements. This enables us to create schemes which, not only meet their needs, but usually exceed their expectations.
As a company we have a strong CSR policy and it is very important to us to give back to the community. CCP works hard within the community to support individuals and families who are in need, no matter what the circumstances. The pandemic has left many unlikely families needing assistance and CCP has been a vital lifeline for such people. We are very proud to support this worthwhile charity.

We first met Cordell Ray at a charity Raceday by Circle2Success at Cheltenham Racecourse several years ago, when Cordell was giving a presentation about the work of CCP. We were impressed with the hard work and ethos of the charity. Since then we have followed their social media profiles and actively supported the organisation.
Describe how you have supported CCP in 2020-21
We have taken part in the Christmas Hamper Scamper appeals for the past few years. We also deliver food for the food bank during the year. In addition, we donated the prize money for winning the CTP 2020 pumpkin carving competition, as well as matching the prize to double the donation. We supplied a raffle prize for the Thomas Legal and Equilaw Charity Auction, along with attending and supporting on the night.
