MR Ratcliffe Insurance Consultants Ltd

M R Ratcliffe Consultants was set up in Cheltenham back in 1976 as a specialist insurance broker focusing on the transport industry. From small beginnings we are now one of the UK’s largest and we now advise and arrange many different types of insurance cover.
The majority of our staff have been with the company for many years and have acquired much knowledge and experience, whether advising on insurance covers and prices or handling those unfortunate claims when they occur. Our success is very much based upon meeting our customers’ needs and expectations by delivering a tailor-made quality service at competitive prices.
M R Ratcliffe Consultants are a long-standing member of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), the UK’s leading general insurance intermediary organisation and are BIBA’s recommended transportation broker. We are also members of both the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and the Freight Transport Association (FTA).

At the start of 2020 none of us could have possibly imagined what a devastating impact on individuals and Society as a whole, COVID would have. It is a sad fact of life that in times like these, those who are already disadvantaged become even more so. It is of great credit to everyone at CCP how quickly they adapted to continue to deliver their services. Particularly impressive was the way in which they rallied support for their Food Pantry project which saw well over 200 families receiving food. We look forward to continuing our support in the years to come.
